Who can take part

  • Age 18–70 years old
  • Advanced or unresectable sarcoma (bone or soft tissue cancer) that failed first-line treatment
  • Never received a cancer vaccine or PD-1 antibody before
  • Measurable tumors visible on imaging and physical exam
  • Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) with expected survival over 6 months
  • Blood work and heart function within safe limits; no cancer drugs or radiation for 4 weeks before starting
