Who can take part
- You have confirmed prostate adenocarcinoma (a prostate cancer type proven by biopsy or test of cells)
- You already had a prostate removal surgery (radical prostatectomy) and then had radiation to the prostate area (fossa), with or without the whole pelvis
- Your PSA blood test is in a specific range: at least 0.2 and under 10, and any needed repeat PSA must match this range
- Your PSA has been rising at a pace called PSA doubling time between 3 and 18 months
- Your scans (CT and bone scan) show no spread to distant parts of the body yet
- You meet key health and lab thresholds (testosterone, blood counts, liver/kidney function) and can safely lie still for the scans
