Who can take part

  • Be between 2 and 25 years old (or 8 to 25 for the scan part)
  • Have a doctor diagnosis of PSC affecting the bile ducts (large duct) confirmed by scan images
  • Or have PSC affecting smaller bile ducts (small duct) confirmed by a past liver biopsy review
  • Be willing and able to follow the study plan for the full study time
  • Be able to agree to the study (consent/assent) and have a guardian’s consent if needed
  • For MRI/scan participants: have no MRI safety problems and no skin issue that could worsen with scanning treatment/gel
