Testing bile-based “mini-liver” samples in PSC and non-PSC groups

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • For the PSC group: you have been diagnosed with PSC
  • For the control group: you do not have PSC and do not have other long-term liver disease
  • You can give informed consent (you understand and agree to participate)
  • You have not had a liver transplant (for PSC patients)
  • You have not had the Roux-en-Y stomach/intestine surgery
