  • You have been diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) based on accepted medical criteria
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can understand the study and sign consent to take part
  • You have not had a liver transplant
  • You do not have a known allergy to MRI contrast dye (if they plan to use it)
  • You have no implanted device that is unsafe for MRI and you can complete MRI even if you feel claustrophobic
