Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and willing to sign consent for extra sampling and the stool transplant.
- Your stool tests have confirmed the same resistant bacteria (MDRO) on at least two separate samples.
- Your doctor believes you can safely handle the treatment.
- You do NOT have inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis).
- You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding (a pregnancy test is required).
- You should not have taken antibiotics within 7 days before the transplant, and you should not plan to start antibiotics within about 1 month after.
