Who can take part
- You can legally and clearly say “yes” to joining the study (informed consent).
- You’re between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have carpal tunnel symptoms with pain that spreads beyond the usual nerve pattern (extra-median spread), affecting at least one wrist, for at least 6 months.
- Your pain has not improved enough after first-line treatments (pain still mostly persists after therapy).
- You must be able to feel and report pain.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have metal or implanted devices inside your head that would make brain stimulation unsafe.
