  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You use tobacco every day and feel strongly addicted (Fagerström score 5 or higher)
  • You can read, speak, and understand French and agree to the study in writing
  • You are covered by French social security
  • You are not using another method to cut down or quit smoking during the study
  • You do not have major safety exclusions like certain brain/metal/implant issues or epilepsy history
