  • You have confirmed adenoid cystic carcinoma in the head and neck area
  • Your doctors say you need radiation because the tumor can’t be fully removed or has higher-risk features
  • You are age 18 to 80
  • You can consent and do not refuse the study
  • Your cancer has not spread to distant sites, except small lung metastases under 1 cm
  • You have not had prior radiation to the head and neck
