Who can take part
- You’re an adult (18 or older) with an ECAC diagnosis confirmed by CT scan or bronchoscopy
- You are already scheduled for a diagnostic or treatment bronchoscopy as standard care
- You can complete a baseline 6-minute walk test, and you have never used CPAP before
- Your breathing-related conditions are reasonably controlled (not severe asthma/COPD, obstructed sleep apnea, certain inflammatory conditions, or significant GERD issues)
- You haven’t had a chest or breathing infection in the last 3 weeks
- You are able to walk more than 140 meters in 6 minutes and can safely tolerate bronchoscopy with sedation or anesthesia
