Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (18 or older) with an ECAC diagnosis confirmed by CT scan or bronchoscopy
  • You are already scheduled for a diagnostic or treatment bronchoscopy as standard care
  • You can complete a baseline 6-minute walk test, and you have never used CPAP before
  • Your breathing-related conditions are reasonably controlled (not severe asthma/COPD, obstructed sleep apnea, certain inflammatory conditions, or significant GERD issues)
  • You haven’t had a chest or breathing infection in the last 3 weeks
  • You are able to walk more than 140 meters in 6 minutes and can safely tolerate bronchoscopy with sedation or anesthesia
