Who can take part

  • You have type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year
  • You are age 18 to 40
  • You are not underweight or severely overweight (BMI between 18.5 and 35)
  • Your diabetes control is fairly stable (HbA1c between 6.5% and 9%)
  • You use both a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and an insulin pump
  • You’ve had at least one diabetes clinic visit in the past 12 months (in-person or virtual)
