This study compares different ways to monitor pancreatic cysts and also measures blood or other test markers to see which approach is more helpful. It may help patients by finding the safest, most effective way to track certain cysts that could otherwise be hard to manage.

Who can take part
- You must be 50 to 75 years old
- You must not have had acute pancreatitis or a history of chronic pancreatitis
- Within the past 6 months, your CT, MRI, or ultrasound endoscopy (EUS) must have found one or more pancreatic cysts at least 1 cm
- You must not have had pancreatic cancer before, and you must not have had pancreatic surgery to remove part of it
- Your cysts must not look like they need immediate surgery (for example: solid parts, an enhancing spot, duct blockage or jaundice, or a widened main duct)
- You must not have only low-risk cyst types (like a pseudocyst or classic serous cyst) and must not have a first-degree family history of pancreatic cancer
