Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher.
- Your psoriasis is moderate to severe (covering a lot of skin and not controlled by creams, light therapy, or prior pills).
- You have not used certain psoriasis medications recently (like methotrexate, cyclosporine, or other biologics).
- You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 15 weeks after the last dose.
