Who can take part
- You have confirmed fibrolamellar hepatocellular cancer (FLC) that is spread or cannot be removed, or (for one group) another eligible non-FLC solid tumor with the DNAJB1-PRKACA gene fusion
- Your tumor testing must show the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion (from an available tumor tissue sample)
- Age rules: FLC groups include people over 12; non-FLC group requires age 18+ (and under-18 patients must weigh at least 40 kg)
- Your overall health must be good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2, and scans show measurable disease)
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, bone marrow) must meet lab test requirements, and you must be able to provide required blood/tissue samples
- You must not be pregnant/breastfeeding and must agree to reliable birth control if applicable
