Peptide Vaccine for Fibrolamellar Cancer and Related Tumors

Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma (FLC)

Who can take part

  • You must have a tumor with the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion gene.
  • You must have no signs of cancer left after previous treatments (complete remission).
  • You must be at least 12 years old (if under 18, enrollment starts after 6 adults have joined).
  • You should be able to do daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
