Who can take part
- You can understand the study and sign written informed consent.
- You have a confirmed advanced or metastatic cancer (FL-HCC or another malignant disease), and it has measurable disease on scans.
- Your test shows a specific gene fusion called DNAJB1-PRKACA (checked by blood/tissue RNA tests).
- You are age 18 or older, and your daily functioning is good (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and organ function meet safety cutoffs (white cells, platelets, kidney and liver tests).
- You can’t be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use two effective birth-control methods during the study and for 5 months after the last Tecentriq dose or vaccination.
