Who can take part

  • You have advanced fibrolamellar carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • Your tumor has a specific DNA change called the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion.
  • Your cancer has worsened during or after a prior immunotherapy treatment.
  • You are at least 12 years old and weigh at least 40 kg if under 18.
  • You can perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0-2).
  • You have had no checkpoint inhibitor drugs before (like nivolumab or ipilimumab).
