Who can take part

  • You have non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed surgically.
  • You have not had chemotherapy or immunotherapy for this stage of cancer before.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are able to care for yourself and are up and about more than half of your waking hours (ECOG 0-2).
  • You have adequate bone marrow and organ function, as determined by blood tests.
  • You do not have certain genetic changes (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or BRAF) that have approved targeted therapies as first-line treatment.
