Who can take part
- You have confirmed CLL, and your diagnosis matches accepted criteria for CLL.
- You have confirmed Richter transformation (a specific type of lymphoma on tissue biopsy).
- Your Richter transformation is either not yet treated, or you had a response that was not enough, or you couldn’t tolerate first treatment for it.
- Your blood counts and organ function are strong enough for treatment (often measured by neutrophils, platelets, kidneys, and liver tests).
- Your infection tests are negative or controlled (no active hepatitis B/C, and no active HIV; testing must be recent).
- You can take oral medicines as directed, and you’re well enough to attend study visits (age 18+, generally ECOG 0–2).
