Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have Richter's transformation (a type of aggressive lymphoma from CLL) that tests positive for CD20.
- You must have at least one enlarged lymph node (≥1.5 cm), an enlarged spleen, or bone marrow involvement from the lymphoma.
- You must be in generally good health, with adequate blood counts, kidney and liver function.
- You must not have had certain prior treatments, like a bispecific antibody therapy or a stem cell transplant in the last 6 months.
- You must agree to use effective birth control if you are able to become pregnant or father a child.
