Who can take part

  • You have Richter syndrome (DLBCL) that happened with or after CLL/SLL
  • Your disease is relapsed or refractory, or Richter syndrome started while you were on CLL treatment
  • You’re age 18 or older and can do study visits with an ECOG performance status of 0–2
  • Your blood counts and organ blood tests meet thresholds (including adequate kidney, liver, and heart function)
  • You must be able to safely receive CAR-T at the treating center (including swallowing pills and consent ability)
