- You are between 55 and 90 years old
- Your diabetes blood test (A1c) is at least 7.5%
- You live in Austin city limits and are in a Meals on Wheels (MOWCTX) daily delivery route
- You can receive the meals during the delivery time window and you want to participate
- You have a freezer and a microwave at home for meal storage and reheating
- You can pass the MOWCTX background check
