- You have a confirmed diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa
- One eye’s vision is at or below 20/160, or your field of vision is 30° or less
- You have not previously received any AAV gene therapy in the past
- You do not have large-amplitude nystagmus (big, noticeable eye shaking)
