Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and able to sign consent before any study steps.
- You must have advanced solid tumors, including HR+/HER2- breast cancer, that have progressed or no standard options exist for.
- There must be at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and you must have enough overall health to join.
- You must have recent blood/organ test results that are within study safety limits (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart rhythm limits).
- You must not have had certain recent cancer treatments, and you cannot currently be on CDK4/6 inhibitors.
- If you could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control and have a negative pregnancy test before starting; men also need birth control.
