Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or you cannot take them.
  • Your tumor expresses a protein called HER2 (either low or high levels tested by a biopsy).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
  • You are in good enough health to walk around and take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (if in the expansion phase) and use effective birth control if needed.
