Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that is confirmed by biopsy and has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- If you have breast cancer, it must be hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer must be 'CDK4-dependent', meaning it relies on a protein called CDK4 for growth.
- You must have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, blood counts) and be able to perform daily activities with mild or no limitations.
