CAR T-cell treatment for hard-to-treat B-cell blood cancers

Who can take part

  • You are between 3 and under 70 years old (for ALL), or 18 to under 70 (for NHL).
  • You have B-cell leukemia/lymphoma that is CD19-positive, such as B-ALL, or a qualifying lymphoma type for NHL.
  • Your disease has come back or did not respond to prior standard treatment.
  • Your bone marrow has enough cancer cells (over 5% by look under microscope and/or over 1% by flow testing).
  • You do not have certain heart problems or recent major heart events, and your heart pumping is fairly strong (LVEF at least 50%).
  • You have no serious uncontrolled infection and can meet basic health/lab thresholds (including liver and kidney tests).
