Who can take part
- You have a confirmed B-cell cancer: B-cell ALL, CML that turned into ALL, or high-grade B-cell lymphoma (specific types named in the study).
- Your cancer has come back or did not respond after at least one standard chemotherapy and at least one additional salvage treatment.
- You cannot or choose not to get an allogeneic stem cell transplant (SCT), or your cancer returned after SCT.
- Your tumor test shows CD19 and/or CD22 markers: either CD19 on enough cancer cells plus CD22 positive, or for some groups you need CD19 or CD22 positive (study set specific cutoff levels).
- You must have signs the cancer is still present before treatment, such as minimal residual disease on blood/bone marrow testing or PET-avid (active) disease for lymphoma.
- You must be age 3 to 39, and have adequate blood counts, liver/kidney function, heart strength, oxygen level, and overall ability to take part (study uses Lansky/Karnofsky scores).
