Who can take part

  • You must be at least 5 years old (NEI site) or 13 years old (USyd site)
  • You (or your parent/guardian) must understand the study and sign consent
  • You must be able to cooperate with the virtual reality testing
  • You must be able to read and speak English (or your guardian must, if you’re a minor)
  • If you’re a healthy volunteer: you must have no retinal disease in either eye
  • If you have retinal disease: you must have retinal disease in the study eye
