Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (a type of bile duct cancer) that is advanced and cannot be surgically removed.
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1) and have good liver function (Child-Pugh A).
- You have at least one measurable tumor and are expected to live longer than 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts and organ functions are within certain limits (such as enough white blood cells, platelets, and healthy liver and kidney function).
- You have not had prior treatment with certain immunotherapies (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors) and do not have other active cancers or serious medical conditions.
