Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18–70.
- Your breast cancer is on one side only and has not spread to distant organs (stage M0).
- Your tumor is triple-negative by lab tests (ER and PR less than 10%, and HER-2 is negative or borderline).
- You can provide a fresh or recently taken biopsy sample so PD-L1 can be tested.
- You can have treatment before surgery and have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
- Your heart health, immune health, and lab test results must be good enough for study treatment.
