Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
- You have been diagnosed with an early-stage (non-metastatic) triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread to distant organs.
- Your tumor tests negative for hormone receptors (ER and PR less than 10%) and negative for HER2 (0 or 1+ by IHC, or FISH negative).
- You have a tumor that can be measured using imaging, and a fresh biopsy sample is available for testing PD-L1.
- You are in good general health (ECOG 0 or 1) and have not had prior chemotherapy, hormone therapy, or radiation for this cancer.
