Who can take part
- You’re age 18 to 70, and the trial is for any gender
- Your cancer tests must show HR-negative and HER2-negative breast cancer
- You must have MRI-confirmed brain metastases (at least one spot 1 cm or larger) and no prior brain radiotherapy
- You can’t have had certain recent treatments; no brain radiation, chemotherapy, or surgery in the last 14 days
- You must not have received platinum chemotherapy in an “allowed way” (or your last platinum must have stopped working after enough time—details checked by the study)
- You must have blood, liver, kidney, and heart function tests that meet the trial’s thresholds
