Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or come back and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You must have at least one brain tumor (1 cm or larger) that hasn't been treated with radiation yet. You can be on stable doses of steroids, mannitol, or seizure medicine.
  • You need to have good organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow, and heart) as shown by blood tests and an EKG.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with Avastin (bevacizumab) or any TROP-2 targeting ADC (like Trodelvy).
  • You should be able to follow the study schedule and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
