This study is testing a new targeted therapy for people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if the drug can help shrink brain tumors and improve outcomes for two groups: those with cancer in the fluid around the brain and those without.

Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your breast cancer is HER2-positive (a protein that makes cancer cells grow) and has spread beyond the breast.
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). This study has two groups: one for people with cancer in the fluid around the brain and spinal cord, and one for those without.
- You are expected to live more than 12 weeks, and you are able to perform daily activities with some help (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within acceptable levels as determined by blood tests and an echocardiogram.
- If you could become pregnant, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
- You have not received certain antibody-drug conjugates (like Enhertu) before, and you do not have lung disease or uncontrolled fluid buildup in your chest or belly.
