Who can take part
- Age 18–70 years old
- Diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer (a type that tests negative for three common growth signals) with at least one untreated brain tumor ≥1 cm
- Previous brain tumor treatment allowed only if disease has progressed since then
- Either never received platinum chemotherapy, or received it once before with good response and progression >3 months later
- Overall health score (ECOG) of 0–2, meaning you can care for yourself with minimal to moderate assistance
