Who can take part
- You must have confirmed Kaposi sarcoma in the skin with a biopsy or similar test
- You must have enough measurable skin lesions (at least 5 markers or a total area of 700 mm² or more)
- You must be able to sign informed consent and understand study instructions
- Your blood counts and organ labs must be within allowed ranges (neutrophils, hemoglobin, platelets, bilirubin, kidney function)
- If you have HIV, you must be on stable HIV treatment and not have recent Kaposi sarcoma improvement from HIV treatment alone
- You must be able to use reliable birth control (or abstain) and not be pregnant or breastfeeding
