- You are between 18 and 75 years old and can give consent to join
- You have been diagnosed with definite or possible IRPF (idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis)
- Your IRPF is not a “secondary” type caused by another condition or trigger
- You are not pregnant and are not planning pregnancy in the near future
- You do not have severe, uncontrolled, or unstable illnesses that could make participation unsafe
- You do not currently have cancer (malignancy)
