Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and can sign consent (and understand the study plan).
- Your stage I non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was fully removed with surgery 4–12 weeks ago, with clean margins.
- Your tumor size from pathology is 1.0–4.0 cm, and stage II–IV or tumors under 1 cm are not allowed.
- Your CT scan of the chest within 28 days before randomization shows no evidence of remaining disease.
- You have needed test results on your tumor (PD-L1 test and/or available tissue for testing) and adequate blood/organ lab results.
- You must not have had chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for this lung cancer before, and you must not have had other immune therapy drugs before.
