Sirolimus plus low-dose chemotherapy for high-risk childhood tumors

Who can take part

  • You must be at least 1 year old and no older than 30 years when joining
  • Your cancer must be a specific high-risk childhood solid tumor (and not a brain tumor or lymphoma)
  • Your scans must show complete remission or only minimal remaining abnormalities after standard upfront treatment or relapse treatment
  • You must have recovered from most past treatment side effects, and current labs must be strong enough (blood counts, kidneys, liver, and lungs if needed)
  • You must be able to take the study meds safely with required restrictions on other medicines and pregnancy prevention
