Who can take part

  • You must be under 22 years old when starting the study.
  • You have a new diagnosis of de novo AML (not AML from another blood problem).
  • Your AML test results must meet one of the study’s blast or genetic criteria from a recent sample (about the last 14 days).
  • To join certain treatment groups, your tumor type may need specific FLT3 gene changes, and a specific ratio threshold for FLT3/ITD.
  • If you join the gilteritinib groups, you (and your caregiver) must agree to reliable birth control rules and not breastfeed during the required time.
