Who can take part

  • You can sign informed consent and understand the study procedures.
  • You are age 18 or older, and you have lung cancer confirmed by pathology or body fluid test.
  • Your lung cancer has not responded to your first chemo-immunotherapy treatment.
  • Your health status is good enough (performance status 0–1) and you’re expected to live at least 12 weeks.
  • Your scans show measurable tumors to track, and if you had brain metastases they must be stable (not actively worsening).
