Who can take part

  • You have castration-refractory prostate cancer that has progressed after prior docetaxel treatment.
  • Your cancer is showing progression based on PSA or new/worsening spots on scans (bones and/or lymph nodes).
  • You are age 18 or older.
  • Your daily functioning is fairly good (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You have enough blood counts and organ function (neutrophils, platelets, liver tests, and kidney tests meet limits).
  • You can understand the study and sign the consent; also, life expectancy is more than 2 months.
