Who can take part

  • You have confirmed lung adenocarcinoma (not squamous) based on lab tests on tissue or cells.
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic disease).
  • You will be receiving pembrolizumab with pemetrexed-carboplatin as the study treatment plan.
  • You have at least two measurable tumor spots on CT or MRI, including one that can be treated with cryoablation (freezing).
  • You are 18 or older, and your overall functioning is not too limited (performance status 0–2).
