Who can take part
- You must have non-small cell lung cancer at stage Ia, Ib, or IIa (tumor 5 cm or smaller, no spread to lymph nodes).
- Your cancer must not have certain genetic changes (driver mutations) like EGFR or ALK.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be in fairly good health (ECOG score 0-2), meaning you can care for yourself.
- Your doctor must agree that you are high-risk for or refuse surgery or radiation.
- You must not have had prior treatment with immunotherapy drugs (checkpoint inhibitors).
