Who can take part
- You must have multiple lung cancers that started in the lungs (not spread from elsewhere), with at least 3 spots initially, and no cancer in lymph nodes.
- The largest tumor spot must be 3 cm or smaller (about 1.2 inches).
- If you've had surgery before, you must have at least 2 remaining spots, and the removed ones were very early-stage (MIA or AIS).
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old and feeling well enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits (your doctor can check this).
- You cannot have certain gene changes (EGFR, ALK) or have had certain immunotherapy drugs before.
