Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 60 years old
  • You have symptoms from scapholunate (SL) ligament instability, with pain and disability scores above the study cutoffs
  • Your injury is older than 6 weeks (chronic SL problem)
  • Imaging shows enough SL loosening (gap) on special wrist X-rays
  • Your wrist arthroscopy (camera exam during surgery) shows a complete SL ligament tear
