Who can take part
- Be under 75 years old
- Have a diagnosis of subjective cognitive decline or mild cognitive impairment (any type)
- Have mild-to-moderate emotional or behavioral symptoms linked to the memory/thinking changes (like avoidance or social anxiety)
- Speak Swedish well enough to take part in sessions and assessments
- Have access to a mobile phone for SMS reminders
- Be able to sign informed consent
