Who can take part
- You are between 55 and 75 years old.
- You speak German fluently.
- You have your own Android smartphone (or are willing to use one provided for the study).
- You have noticed some changes in your memory or have a close family member (parent, sibling, child) with dementia.
- You are ready to make meaningful changes in at least 3 of these areas: diet, physical activity, brain training, managing health risks, social activities, or sleep and relaxation.
- Your memory and thinking are within normal range for your age (based on short tests).
