Who can take part
- Your cancer type must be specific: high-grade serous, endometrioid, carcinosarcoma, mixed mullerian (with high-grade serous part), clear cell, or low-grade serous; mucinous ovarian cancer is not allowed.
- You must have had exactly 2 prior treatments that included platinum chemotherapy, and your cancer must have stayed “platinum sensitive” (no return/progression for more than 6 months).
- Your cancer must still be in response after the last platinum treatment, and you must start this study within 8 weeks of finishing it.
- You must be able to get a new tumor tissue biopsy so the team can test BRCA1/2 status and PD-L1 (a marker linked to immunotherapy response).
- You must be able to participate in study activities safely: generally good physical function (ECOG 0–1) and blood/organ tests in acceptable ranges.
- You cannot have certain exclusions, including a known harmful BRCA1/2 mutation, mucinous/germ cell/borderline tumors, or active brain/spreading cancer in the brain.
