Who can take part
- Be under 40 years old
- Have a biopsy that confirms low-grade endometrial endometrioid cancer (grade 1) or atypical endometrial hyperplasia (precancer)
- Have an MRI showing limited spread for cancer (less than one-third into the uterine muscle) and no ovarian/adnexal involvement
- Have already tried hormone (progestin) treatment first for about 6 months—at set doses—or stopped because of intolerance or failure to clear the problem
- Want to preserve fertility and have a reasonable chance to get pregnant with an infertility specialist’s input
